The Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR can carry 4 bikes weighing up to 35 lbs each for a total of 140 lbs. Please note that the weight rating does have to do with the cradles as well so I would avoid carrying any bikes over 35 lbs on this rack.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15845 is a custom fit application for a 2008 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis like what you have. The Curt # C14048 measures 16-1/16 inches from the back to the center of the 3 front holes. Those front holes are all 1-1/2 inches on center so you technically could use the 14.565 inch measurement. There is not one that is closer to 15 inches in mounting hole dimensions.
The Curt # C15410 measures 13-1/2 inches from front to back on center if you need a smaller distance which makes the overall distance of the mount right around 15 inches. view full answer...
I reached out to my contact at Draw-Tite who was able to give me the dimensions for the Trailer Hitch # 41945. He said that the # 41946 is for GM frames so it won't fit your Ford E-450 Chassis.

I was able to get the measurement of the distance from the bottom of the frame to the top of the receiver on the Draw-Tite # 41943- which is roughly 8.75". Draw-Tite was not able to provide me with the other measurement you're asking for though, but my contact thought it was about 3". With that said, he did mention that if you measure from the top of the frame to the center of the existing bolt hole that's there you should be able to get this distance. view full answer...

Yes, longer ball mounts like the part # BM20 that you referenced are designed to do exactly what you described. They add length to the distance between the hitch and the trailer.
As long as you stay under the capacity of this ball mount you would be fine. This ball mount has a 10,000 lb capacity with a 1,000 lb tongue weight capacity. view full answer...
When the Lippert Solidstep RV steps like the part # LC733932 are installed and in the vertical/stored position they take up about 10-1/2 inches through the door threshold. So you would need to measure about 10-1/2 inches into the RV from the doorway to know where it would sit. view full answer...

We do offer adapters that allow a gooseneck hitch to tow a 5th wheel trailer and some of these adapters have offset to provide additional turning clearance between the truck and trailer. You may still not be able to make a full 90-degree turn with one of these adapters, depending on the king pin to trailer distance, but you can gain useful additional turning clearance.
You will need to measure from the center of the 5th wheel king pin straight back to the nearest part of the trailer. This... view full answer...
